How can I be a customer of Liratex?
You can become a customer of Liratex by making an account in 'my zone'. With this account you can order fast and very easy. Liratex sells only B2B, so you need to have a VAT number.
How can I make a modification in my data?
You can modify your personal data through 'My Zone'.
Can I pick up my order at Liratex?
If you chose during your finalisation of your order as delivery address 'Pick up at Liratex' , it is possible to pick up your order in our warehouse in Vichte. This is free of charge and possible during workdays from 8h30 till 17h (on friday untill 16h). You don't pay shipping costs. We will contact you if the order is ready to pick up.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time differs per order, depending of the ordered goods. The average delivery time for textiles and consumables is between 1-10 working days. When an item is not on stock, you will receive a message wih the expected delivery time and you can choose to cancel this item of your order or delivery later.
What is the shipping cost?
Orders higher than 250 euro (excl VAT) are delivered free of charge in Belgium, The Netherlands & Luxembourg. For smaller orders the shipping cost is €8,75 (in Belgium and Luxembourg) or €12,00 (in The Netherlands). For shipments to all other countries please contact us.
Is it possible to deliver the goods on an other delivery address?
Yes that is possible. If you complete your order you can add an different delivery address.
How can I search an item?
In our webshop on the right top you can find an functionallity 'Search'. There you can fill in a searchterm.
How can I order a product?
You can order if you are logged in at our website. A click on the button "add to shopping cart" and the item will be added to your list of ordered items. After that you can continue with shopping of finalise your order.
How does I know what in my cart is?
On the top right of your screen you will find a shopping cart. If you click on the "shopping cart" you can see directly the content of your shopping cart.
I want to delete an item in my cart. How do I do this?
You can make changes in your shopping cart. You can delete an item by clicking on the 'waste container' and confirm. Uou will see your adjustments directly in the order.
How can I know if you well received my order?
If you make an order on our website, you will receive directly an order confirmation by email. There you can find an overview of your order.
Can I change my order after confirmation?
This is only possible if your order is not shipped yet. Take as soon as possible contact with Liratex to have more information.
Can I return my order?
Goods can be returned after our permission and this within 7days after delivery. In that case, transport costs are at the expense of the customer and there may be charged a 15% administration fee.
I have a complaint concerning my order. What can I do?
Complaints regarding a wrong delivery needs to be mention within 7workdays after delivery. You can fill in a complaintsform on our website (My Zone) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the complaint is justified, we search for a solution as soon as possible.
